Membership

JOINING REPHAUS

We keep it simple — no joining fee, no cancellation fee, no hidden costs.

Day Pass — £8.50
Monthly — £43/month, no contract, cancel any time
Annual — £430/year (saving over two months vs monthly)

Pre-registered members get 15% off their first six months. Register your interest to lock that in before we open.
You can sign up directly through our website. Once you've completed the sign-up process, you'll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to get started, including instructions for setting up your app access.
No contract, no joining fee, no cancellation fee. You can cancel your membership at any time directly through the GymMaster app — no need to contact us or give a reason.
Yes — you can freeze your membership directly through the GymMaster app whenever you need to. No need to contact us.
Not at the moment — memberships are for individual use only. If you want to train with someone, the best thing is to get them signed up.

Access

GETTING IN

Access is through the free GymMaster Member App, available on iOS and Android. When you arrive, open the app, make sure Bluetooth is enabled, and tap Check In. The door will unlock within a few seconds. Your visit is automatically logged every time you enter.
Access is phone-based so you'll need it to get in. There's no staffed reception during out-of-hours periods, so it's worth keeping the app installed and your phone charged before heading over. If you're ever stuck, contact us at info@rephaus.co.uk or on Instagram @the_rephaus and we'll do our best to help quickly.
Yes. Your Bluetooth access works around the clock, every day of the year including bank holidays. There are no restricted hours for standard members.
First, check that Bluetooth is switched on and that you're standing 1–2 metres from the reader (not directly against it). Also check that your membership is active and payments are up to date, as access is automatically suspended for lapsed or unpaid accounts. If everything looks fine and you're still having trouble, contact us at info@rephaus.co.uk.
Download the GymMaster app on your new device and log back in with the same account details. If access doesn't restore automatically, drop us an email and we'll reset your device access straight away.

The Gym

THE FACILITY

We've gone with BLK BOX — one of the best strength equipment manufacturers in the UK. The gym includes custom power racks, squat stations, a full free weights area with barbells and dumbbells, cable and plate-loaded machines, and a cardio zone with Concept2 rowers, assault bikes, and treadmills. The unit is approximately 400 square metres of training space at Unit 8C, North Dorset Business Park, Rolls Mill Way, Sturminster Newton DT10 2GA.
Yes, there are changing cubicles on site. There are no showers at launch — we'll look at adding them in the future.
Yes — there is free parking directly on site at North Dorset Business Park. Plenty of space at any time of day.
There is a water dispenser on site. Bring your own bottle — we'd rather you refill than buy single-use plastic.

Safety

YOUR SAFETY

Yes. The gym has CCTV throughout, panic alarms, a fully stocked first aid kit, and full fire safety equipment throughout. Emergency contact details are displayed in the gym at all times and every entry is logged automatically.

Whilst the gym operates 24/7, there will generally be someone on site Monday to Friday 9–5, so you're unlikely to be training completely alone during those hours.
In a medical or fire emergency, call 999 first. Emergency exits are clearly signed throughout the gym. First aid kits, panic alarms, and fire safety equipment are located on site. Our contact details are also posted in the gym if you need to reach us directly.
No. Access is tied to your personal account and device. The system does not allow access to be shared across multiple devices, and every entry is logged against your membership. Sharing access is a breach of our membership terms.
